Samsung Led Wallet Cover Note 8 Not Working

It detects themes when i place it in the holder but no digital display on cover.

In my case my wife has the same cover in a differant color that does work. Guess my case may have stopped working after a drop or something. Then they told me it is only 3 month warranty. Has this happened to anyone else.

Tried the recommendation to reset wish i hadn t. Had the case for 8 months and stopped working. It does not react to anything anymore. What i suspect is that even though it is using nfc to send the data to the cover there must be a battery in the cover that is now dead.

I haver tried rebooting in many different ways. I also have the same issue with my note 8. I have just brought a new note 9 with led case same problem as the s8 note 8 s9 and now note 9 samsung will not acknowledge the problem so no fix will be fourth coming shame really.
